"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"Understaffed. Low quality of alcohol. It is not kids friendly the nicest and central located amenities were for adults only. Had so many available day beds but at the family pools so crowded and no day beds. Beach is small and lots, tons of sea weed, workers start cleaning at a third day of our stay with bare hands the dont have heavy machinery to clean it all fast.
