"The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep."

"This was my first pod hotel experience, and it was easily one of the cleanest, quietest hotels I've stayed in -- in spite of music playing 24/7 and a busy common area, I heard nothing. Had a small issue checking in, but other than that, if I'm ever in Copenhagen again, I'm staying at CityHub."

"The location of this hotel is great. 5 min walk to central train station. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient for me, however. One morning there was vomit in the sink, which was cleaned up promptly by hotel staff. The shared showers had no water pressure this time around and may be fixed later on. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room with private bathrooms are great. The breakfast buffet is good value for Copenhagen. "

"Bra läge på hotellet, som har en mycket smakfullt inredning. Allt var i utmärkt skick. Vi hade ett rum på 4. Våning som var nyrenoverad. Minus: spegeln i badrummet var så högt att jag kunde endast se mina ögon (jag är 1,65). Ingen skyltning till trapphuset! Allmänt var personalen inte särskilt vänligt. Bättre serviceanda skulle vara bra. "
