We cannot say enough great things about Go Hotel Herlev! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful with every question we had regarding the area, sightseeing, transportation etc. The hotel was very quiet and centrally located with a grocery and coffee shop in the small shopping area just a few steps away from the hotel. They even offered us the use of a flat iron hair styler when mine stopped working until I could find a replacement. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel which made it convenient for all of our sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Staff were amazing. We were arriving late but got held up in UK where our flight was delayed over 3 hours. The hotel phoned us to check we were ok and talked us through key collection as we were arriving after reception closed. They also sent the info by text. Hotel was further away from Copenhagen airport than we realised but staff told us next day that if we had phoned them they would have transferred us to a closer hotel. Staff on reception were so helpful and contacted car hire company next day to explain we would be a bit later. They gave my husband detailed directions on how to get to the hire company and let us check out a bit later as we were travelling with children. Could not fault their service. Room was really nice and area around hotel very pretty.

The place is outside Copenhagen again area, it’s in Herlev about 30 minute drive depending on traffic to the city. The hotel is sorrounded by local businesses, they have restaurants, coffee shop and bakeshops, there’s a bus stop as well just few steps from the hotel, take the 350S to Copenhagen city center.

Hotel has been taken over by a chain who are modernising the building. We were in a newly refurbed room which was lovely, clean and perfect for us. Yes it was warm but there was a fan. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. 15 mins on train to centre of Copenhagen, ideal.

Check in was easy with friendly and helpful staff. The area is nearby local cafe with some shopping center. Car parking was easy even though it was limited space but luckily I manage to find one. Be sure to register your car if you are parking to avoid any charges. Registering is for free. Train station is about 10-15mins walk away which will link to center of Copenhagen. Recommend to people to stay on this place.

Safe suburban hotel

Although it was a short stay, I was able to spend it comfortably. There was a free parking lot in front of the hotel, so I was able to park safely.It seemed like the reception was closed after 9pm, but she waited until the last minute for me to arrive. Thank you for your kindness.

Hotel ideally placed for my trip. Excellent service. The only negative would be the breakfast and the staff not keeping their eye on things that they had run out of potatoe, white bread for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage. Apart from that very good and I would recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was amazing but sadly we booked the hotel as we had a flight to caught the next morning and needed to get some sleep as we had been traveling from a long distance but we couldn't get any sleep as it was too hot and even when we opened the windows and the fan on we still couldn't get any sleep and we all gave up on sleep and just waited to caught our flight 7am
