Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Clean room, great view, nice breakfast. One of lifts ear putty of action took a while to get up and down, we were on 16th floor. Great location otherwise.
