"This property has a great location, at a reasonable price.
My room was at the very top of the house, in the eves, so a sloping ceiling. It has an en suite shower room.
Room was clean but could do with an update.
Good coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, microwave and mini fridge, as well as lots of snacks provided."

"This was our first time visiting Arden House and we are so glad we went. Lucie was a fantastic host and gave us a lovely welcome. We stayed at room 3 on the ground at the back of the property, and the room was brilliant. It was immaculately clean, bright and airy with two lovely big bay windows. It had a great en-suite toilet, basin and shower with towels, complimentary shower gel, slippers and dressing gown. There was tea and coffee making facilities/kettle cups etc. and two bottles of water...

"The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. My partner had to run out to grab a milk. Several light bulbs in the bathroom were not working. The listing stated that free parking was available by parking on the next...
