"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"Our time at this hotel was one night and overall it was just okay. My husband is a disabled vet with MS and our air conditioning in our room was not working and only blowing out warm air. We realized this in the middle of the night which was less than ideal. I ended up going downstairs to the front desk as no one was answering the phones to request a fan. The other issue we experienced is that the Taxi service that the hotel works with is not wheel chair accessible. To me, this is a simple fix...
