โรงแรมใกล้ศูนย์ป่าไม้โลก, พอร์ตแลนด์

"The hotel was interesting, very eclectic with a variety of options on site and bikes outside to rent. The food was good, the theater just had loveseat and recliners, fun but not sure how clean"

"The best staff, best location & best hotel in Portland!"

"Excellent service !!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Super grateful for all their hard work ! If you are thinking on booking a trip to Portland,OR make sure to stay with them ! You will not regret it ! Clean rooms and amazing views"

"Calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly & informative. The room and hotel were very clean & I have contamination OCD and I felt comfortable staying here. The location was walking distance to trains, some restaurants, and theaters. I used a parking garage nearby instead of the hotel parking. Breakfast menu was small but delicious! The park in the street behind the hotel made for a nice walk. Thanks"

"Perfect location. clean room and friendly staff. Fun atmosphere with lots to do. Basic room is small and simple but has everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again."

"very nice hotel in a great area, a little south of some of the main shops/restaurants but a couple cute coffee spots and the saturday market right there. easy to get around."

"My only complaint about the hotel was that the room did not have a coffee maker. The bedside lights did not work independently (or at least I wasn’t able to figure them out). We had very loud neighbors—partying at 2 am. Also, the garbage trucks came by at 4 in the morning."

"I stay here once a year for my doctors appointments. The staff is always VERY friendly and helpful. They are always ready to answer questions and help any way they can."

"My daughter and I booked at McMenamins Crystal Hotel as we were attending an event at the Crystal Ballroom which is just one block away. The front desk staff was very helpful getting us checked in early, then held our bags on checkout date we were not leaving until late in the evening. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also such a pleasure. Room was clean, service provided great. We will totally book again when we go back to Portland."

"I would stay there again"

"My room smelled like body odor when I arrived. My room key never worked right for the parking garage and they say parking height is 6’11” but really after the first few garage levels, it’s 6’8” clearance. I give it 4 stars. Still a pretty nice stay."
