"The staff were amazingly accommodating. While the rooms could do with refurbishing, the linens were clean, the view to the harbor refreshing. And finally, it’s the first time I think they’ve had to accommodate a Dungeons and Dragons online gaming session after restaurant hours which they did with humor, grace and a bit of rejigging of their cleaning schedule. Thanks so much!"

"Everything was fine but not great. Building is hot and room needed a bit of maintenance. Staff were friendly but not very welcoming or helpful. Quiet location and good price."

"Great little guest house with stunning views.
Of Ullswater. We used the guest house as visiting the Inn on the Lake which is literally just across the road.
Spotless room and super friendly staff 👍"
