"The accommodation was clean and spacious. The decor is quite dark, but probably because of the dark beams. The welcome in the pub wasn’t great, we weren’t acknowledged whilst standing with our bags in the pub. I understand the stafff are busy, but a simple’hello, we’ll be with you in a minute’ would be nice. We didn’t see any members of staff as the breakfast is a completely self service buffet. "Such a lovely 3 night stay at the Colesbourne Inn. We were in a room in the little cottage. It was lovely with the only slight downside being that you can hear the people in the room upstairs. The food was lovely and the staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back."

"We did have a great stay only managed one night out of the two booked. Our room was not of astandard that should be booked out to paying customer. Other rooms may be better. Very noisy and the walls l are paper thin. Very noisy villagers singing till 12 at night did not make things any better."

"Nice clean room, staff pleasant. Very good price and perfect location for us. Only downside was the noise insulation could be better. Couldn’t hear anything from the bar but the room above were constantly moving for hours and next doors snoring could clearly be heard. However would stay again "

"Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "
