Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection
On entering room.. toilet lid off & stood next to toilet on the floor & bin in bedroom contained someone's pink false nails!! Obviously not clean or maintained. Reported to reception & had a standard reply of " I'll inform maintenance" doesn't really address the issues WE experienced did it!

Bromsgrove Hotel
It was a good stay for the price, not an expensive hotel but it delivered a good quality stay.
