"My wife and l and our 2 teenage boys stayed in the ground floor penthouse near the main pool. Our stay was a welcoming one right from from the beginning at check in. The room was spacious and clean had had all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. Room service daily was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location to all the dining and activities that we needed during our stay."

"The woman working the front desk was SO friendly! There was a small shop in the reception area for guests to purchase snacks and goods. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! The coffee and tea station in the room was very nice as well. The only thing I have to say is that there are some glass slits at the front of the room for guests to open and close like windows. "The unit was a studio and nice size, very clean. We enjoyed using the grill for dinner too. The owners were helpful, friendly and helped with our transportation needs. John even drove us to the Reef Terminal one morning. It's a bit over a mile to the main part of the Esplanade and harbor. We did walk it several times. Otherwise it was about $9 US each way for a taxi."

Maybe have a map in unit for those late check ins as the map we got from reception after 3 days there was great. "Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....
