"This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot. Condo is exactly as shown, it was immaculate and decorated very cute, furniture comfortable, complex was very clean and Safe. Love the little screened in porch. "Although the staff is very kind and polite, our room stunk of marijuana and cigarettes. I asked if we could have another room and we were immediately moved. Unfortunately, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was blood and urine along with a very dirty floor and shower full of hair. Once again, everything was swiftly dealt with. The maintenance man is the real hero of this hotel. They seem to be very shortstaffed and he is always doing something and taking care of everything so fast. He is pleasant and. Professional. The pool is huge, and my kids absolutely loved swimming in it! Breakfast was enjoyable both days we stayed at the Quality Inn. We would love to stay at this hotel again if it's cleaner the next time we're in Ohio. I want to emphasize how lovely the manager and the staff are!"
