"Horrible take 30 minutes to open the door and 1 hire to try to give me a room and my reservation was cancelled I show my receipt to prove that rooms was paying already she try to charge for other 2 room but the system doesn’t let her and she not give me any answers "

"The staff was great at check-in very helpful and quick. The Ruth Chris steakhouse attached to the hotel is a nice touch as well, they did an awesome breakfast buffet and to order breakfast."

"Our anniversary trip to this hotel was FABULOUS! Special thanks to Ciara, the Bartender. She was kind and gave excellent suggestions regarding different liquors and food tastings. Rashad, at the front desk, was funny and very friendly. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and the friendly and genuine smiles made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to the hotel. We have shared our experiences and the hotel’s website with friends and family. We will definitely be back . "

"Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed."
