"The bed was very soft and the sheets were comfortable. The cleaning crew came in every day and tidied up so everything stayed really neat and tidy. The only reason I rated down one star is that some things are pretty old. Like the bathtub has a lot of stains. I do think they are cleaning it, but at first glance it really looks dirty. There were staff and they were attentive. The only reason why I rated it four stars instead of five is that the front desk staff seemed very confused all the time. They were just stare at their computer and shake their heads. Like one night another customer and I were both trying to buy a snack. The automated computer for letting us check ourselves out was not working. The guy at the front desk tried to ring up a snack and this other customer and I stood there for over 10 minutes watching him struggle with his computer. It would've been faster for me to walk across the street to 7-Eleven. The gym looks pretty nice. I was really disappointed that the top floor was not open. It was 93° outside and they have a wonderful penthouse balcony that was locked. They only have the pool area open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I had intended to go swimming, but that wasn't going to happen."

"Staff was amazing, but I was very disappointed in the room. The rooms ac was barely working in 90 degree heat and had stains all over the carpet. As well as left over towels from the last person. "

"Loved the classical beauty of the hotel, decor and landscaping. Room and hotel as a whole was very clean. Shower heat/pressure was amazing. Front desk staff was super nice and I liked there being a fancy restaurant and lounge so we had the option of staying in. Only minor issue was having to valet the car causing 10-20 minute delays every time we needed to leave."
