"The hotel was a long way from Terminal 2. Heathrow airport is huge and it took us about 30 minutes---walking, taking a lift, taking a train and more walk through tunnel to the hotel. It may be a 5 minute walk from Terminal 4 but people should know that it's a long distance. When we finally arrived at the hotel lobby, there was no reception desk. We are seniors and didn't know how to check in. Staff came to help us check in. He told us there's no market or restaurant near the hotel and he recommended for the meal deal (dinner and breakfast) for 59.98 pounds ($82) at the hotel restaurant. We reluctantly agreed to buy the expensive meal deal though we weren't hungry. (If I had known, I could have bought sandwiches at the airport terminal). The room was small but comfortable. My husband felt the comforter was too hot. I was happy that there was a bathtub. Everything was working condition. The room was quiet and I felt safe. After all the food was good and the servers were very nice (they were working hard)."

"Access to the shuttle to the airport. The shower was strange to operate (I'm from Canada) and it sprayed past the 1/2 door and put water on the floor. Appreciated the kettle and tea and hot chocolate."

"I was hoping for a restful night before I got on a 10 hour plane ride, but there was only warm water in the shower, the food at the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive and the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever been on in my life. My husband and I woke up in agony in the middle of the night and were basically crippled in the back and hips by morning.. it was like laying on a bunch of planks. Get better beds!!"

"Excellent stop over hotel. Club lounge provides a relaxing space with refreshments on hand. Evening canapés and wine were very welcome. Michaela the hostess was superb."
