"The staff at Oulton Hall were all incredibly helpful from reservations, reception, bar, restaurant and concierge. It was one of the hottest days of the year and it was no trouble for the staff to provide a fan. Our dog received a very warm welcome and a cosy bed to sleep in."

"Tyvärr levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar. Rummet var extremt varmt och saknade luftkonditionering. Fläkten räckte inte, vilket gjorde att hela familjen hade svårt att sova.
