Caleb and the other gentleman were very professional excellent customer service and pleasant. Made us feel welcomed and at home.
Saturday night and Sunday morning was not so pleasant. Saturday evening at 5pm I asked when the coffee was last made and the gentleman said around 1p I said ohno that is too old, when will you make it again. A lady said in about an hour. My room mate went up around a half hour later asking about the coffee and told her last time we were here they said they made the coffee every couple of hours, She said no that is not true. We do not do that. A professional would have recognized this as a customer service opportunity and got up and made fresh coffee whether it was a half hour earlier than she wanted or not. It definitely was not a "Hilton experience"
Sunday morning the electricity was not working in the3 bedroom, ceiling fan and light. The electricity was not working in the kitchen. We told the front desk at 7am. It was not addressed at all. we told them again at check out around 10:30am and they appeared to then write it down.
