"As always a great room and breakfast"

"Bed was small and lumpy, pillows were too hard, breakfast was mediocre, no yogurt or easy to grab and go proteins. We did like the larger room with kitchen items, table, couch, good shower, two cup coffee maker. They had slow Tesla chargers that did not work on the Tesla App, but we did get it to work on other Apps after lots of research. The hotel staff were no help."

"The curtains were ripped, socks and grabage from a previous guest still in the room. 45 mins after checking in the toilet in our room flooded the room. My kids refused to use the pool as they felt it wasnt sanitary. As a result of this we cancelled our booking at the Baymont in Billings"

"Breakfast was good. Room accommodations were not as booked and no adjustments made. Luckily one on my family members didn’t travel with us so having one less bad than we were supposed to have wasn’t a major problem. Booked a bedroom suite with two queens and a pull out couch. Received a studio suite with a king bed and pull out couch. No power in the room when entering at check in….power breaker was off in the room. Fixed that and mentioned to front desk and they said they would note it. Waited an hour for extra pillows to be delivered to the room for the pull out couch. Overall I will not recommend as the hotel wasn’t full at all, no adjustments or credits made to lessen the false accommodations. "
