"Clean room, very nice helpful staff. Hot tub out of service. Breakfast too early, more of a brunch person and want to sleep in on weekend but forgot to put up do not disturb sign so housekeeping starts knocking several times before check out time. Perhaps wait until 10:00 am since check in time is at 3:00 pm, plenty of time to clean room after check out time."

"Its an older motel that needs updating. Curtains don’t cover the windows so anyone walking by can see in. There is no coffee pot or blow dryer in the room. The bathroom has mold in the bowl and the shower is cracked and dirty in the cracks. Its basic if you want that. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean but the pillow cases had stains on them."

"We may have been in a pet friendly room even though we didn’t have a pet with us. There were a couple of dirty spots on the carpet and a spot on the sofa. Otherwise the room was clean and had great amenities for an extended stay. We used the back entrance as it was closer to our room and unfortunately someone had recently spilled a sticky liquid just outside the door that was hard to avoid. It was still there 2 days later. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. Our stay just happened to coincide with the fair so that might explain why hotel room prices were so high in Helena."
