"Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. "The spa area was great and fantastic and the staff was very helpfull but the hotel staff was not as friendly even when it was not busy. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and when I asked for ice at the bar I was told that ice machine was broken for a long time."
