"Great service, clean and tidy room "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again....

"Our room was clean and spacious. The location is so convenient that is walkable to Lambton Quay where you can dine, shopping and shop for your grocery. The cable tram station is also there. If you drive to the hotel, make sure to book the hotel parking in advance. Otherwise, you will need to park at the public parking across the street "

"Overall it well suited my requirements. I was pleased to find it central to the places I needed to go to while in Wellington. The onsite manager was friendly, very helpful and available to assist with anything if required. The only downside for me personally was that my room, which had a glass door and very large window fronting the courtyard the opposite rooms, which left me no privacy when the curtains were open. In saying this, I wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again if it suited my...
