"The restaurant area was freezing cold. I asked about the temperature and was told, "It’s under glass and I would just need to deal with it. I chose to eat elsewhere."

The restaurant food and service was not impressive making the higher rate we paid only beneficial for its proximity to the arena ."

"When we arrived there was a bug on the toilet paper roll. Then by my bed there were three spots where it looked like a dead bug was killed because there was dead blood smears. I asked for room to be cleaned. It took two days for that area to get cleaned. I appreciate how close the hotel was to the hospital, but it really needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning for its guests."
