"We didn’t get to stay, the bathroom door opens up against the toilet, my wife is in a wheelchair and there was no way for her to shut the door while in a wheelchair. We asked for another room but none were available. The man at the desk apologized and said no charges would be made. I am currently waiting on a refund which I requested 6/4/26. Thanks"
