The friendliest staff I've ever encountered at any hotel - everyone took a moment to reach out and ask how our stay was going and what they can do to make us more comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again when we return to Winston-Salem.

The staff were very friendly. The location is very convenient to UNCSA and Old Salem. The breakfast and bar were great. The hallways could use some sprucing up but the lobby and the rooms themselves are clean and well maintained.

Fast check in. Allen was great and very friendly. Next morning breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Has a restaurant inside that seems to be popular with locals. Private parking garage for guests only with easy access back into building. Room was spacious and bed was beyond comfortable.
