Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was better than most places I’ve stayed. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in Winston Salem.

The property itself was ticketed away you had to drive to go anywhere not convenient to walk to grab a bite somewhere. When I originally got there the light above the vanity did not work but a quick visit to the desk solved that. The phone in the room also did not work. Property was clean but the area by the mall just felt worn down and the mall itself was underwhelming. Probably would not stay in this area again in the future. Staff was helpful when I did have questions

Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay. Front desk was very nice and friendly, they even allowed me to extend my check out time with no issues. My only complaint is the shower baseboard were not cleaned throughly.
