"The check in process was lacking.. Just got asked to see my ID and then got handed my roomkey without even telling me my room number or where the elevators were. I wouldnt say they were rude but not welcoming or friendly at all."

"Georgous, but pricey. Would have loved to go to the speakeasy on our first night but it was closed for a private event. Not open during 2nd night. Food in the basic restaurant was OK, but we found more economical options in d-town Roanoke across the bridge on 2nd night."
