This place is in our top 3 of stays!!! The staff is so wonderful and friendly and its so peaceful and beautiful here. We ended up here by accident...and we now will make it a regular stay. Everything is clean, comfortable and the grounds are relaxing and well kept. We especially enjoyed the gazebo and the piano i was able to play. A shout out to Aaron and his excellent hospitality. Beautiful, clean place. Nice host. There is hardly anything to do in this area, but that's not the fault of the property or host.

The grounds around the property offered many areas to relax, read, and just enjoy nature. The room was elegant and the hosts/staff were friendly and very helpful. Indoors we took advantage of the library to play card games. The 2nd floor terrace also offered a very peaceful place to read. It is an easy .5 mile bike ride to the Panhandle Pathway Trail.

We stayed at this facility for two nights. They did not have breakfast available (no cook), and gave us vouchers for a local restaurant, but part of a “b&b” is a good breakfast at the property. Do not reserve the “study” as it is in the basement without windows to see the grounds. The room was clean, the grounds are beautiful, and it really is about the only decent place to stay in this small town.

We reserved a room with two beds. We did not know until we checked in that it would be in the basement. We were offered a room with a king size bed, but we needed two. Our cell phone service and the internet did not work well in the basement. The towels and linens did not match the opulence of the building. We did not find out until the next morning that the adjoining door to a possible movie room was not locked. The parking area needs to be enlarged. The building and the grounds are beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and all was quiet for a good night's rest.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful grounds, beautiful spotless clean rooms. Common areas just gorgeous. Aaron the host was very kind & helpful with ideas of where to go. the housekeeper, although I do not remember her name was also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We also got two breakfast coupons for the Warrior restaurant; it was very good. We had a wonderful stay, and we would not hesitate to stay again.
