"The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person."

"I love the Delta in Fredericton! I especially love the lobby, which is so inviting. You can sit and have a cocktail, have a coffee or simply sit and people watch! The staff, particularly Liam at the bar, is phenomenal!"

"The apartment was cute, very clean, a really nice atmosphere. Questions and concerns etc (were late checking in) were dealt with quickly professionally and with friendliness. Parking is well thought out and easy to get to. Security was great and communication was quick and timely."

"Web site and hotel said they offered room service. Not offered when asked; due to insufficient staff. This is one of the reasons people pick a full service hotel. Very disappointed. "

"The room was ok, 3 lamps didn't work, 2 weren't even plugged into the wall.. Clock wasn't plugged in and I had to do that, the room was freezing cold, no heat until I turned it on.. Continental breakfast was fantastic... Will I go back in the future, probably not, but served the purpose for today"

"Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic."

"While this location is not fancy, the room was clean and comfortable. Rooms have a door directly to the outside. This is handy for moving luggage in and out."
