"The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person."

"Very clean and new. It’s easy to get to and there are nearby restaurants, etc. The parking in the front fills up quickly so if you don’t check in early, or go out on the evening to do things and then come back late you have to park in the back. I find it dark in the back so I’m a little uncomfortable with that."

"I love the Delta in Fredericton! I especially love the lobby, which is so inviting. You can sit and have a cocktail, have a coffee or simply sit and people watch! The staff, particularly Liam at the bar, is phenomenal!"

"Very good night's sleep as the mattress was so comfy, however I found hotel more of a 2 star because of its age. It was clean, but breakfast room was rather shoddy and with the door to our room facing a busy road, it felt unsafe."

"Web site and hotel said they offered room service. Not offered when asked; due to insufficient staff. This is one of the reasons people pick a full service hotel. Very disappointed. "

"I liked the updated, bright and cheerfull rooms. Everything worked nicely. Internet had some interuptios, especially with tv reveption."

"Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic."
