"Room was clean! Rooms are well kept. Very convenient to have a restaurant on main floor. Easy parking. Only complaint is walls are not sound proof!! I was able to hear our neighbors in next room doing the nasty and I had my daughter with me so I wasn’t to happy with that. Other than that hotel was nice. I have definitely stayed at better places but i would not say i would not stay here again "

"Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and I appreciated that breakfast was well-stocked and they even ask to take your trash for you. We enjoyed the hot tub and obviously how close the hotel is to the beach. My only qualms were that the toilet seat was a little wonky like it needed to be secured and I wished the bed and pillows were more comfortable. But I also have back problems and it's hard to find anything comfortable. Overall happy with our stay!"

"Clean room. Friendly staff. I just wish there had been less of a hard sell on the timeshare aspects. I said no when I came in and still received phone calls in my room trying to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. "

"Do not stay here!!! First, I wasnt sure if the bed linens had been changed and we asked for clean washclothes and towels and never received them. You usually see hotel cleaning staff in the halls in the mornings but I NEVER seen any staff the whole trip and they do not clean your room during the day. I was traveling with my teenaged and adult daughter, and the first night our neighbors in room 311 were partying loudly and then loudly having sex all night. It was so loud it felt like they were in the same room. I barely got any sleep the first night and I had to sleep with the television on just to avoid hearing the couple next door banging against the wall oohing and awing during their sexual excapade. Plus the bathroom was not very clean. The area behind the toilet, the baseboards, and the actual floor were filthy. There also was NO HOT WATER when showering, it was luke warm at best. The toilet seat also did not fit the camode. It was cocked to one side so you had to be mindful when using the facilities so your leg is not touching the toilet lip/rim. The pool was not very warm either. The water was extremely cold and intolerable, so our the trip to the pool was very brief."
