"Clean and basic room. Nowhere to put anything, especially in the bathroom, not even a towel rail! No TV. Bed needed a mattress protector! Bar was closed for a private function. Good position for walking into the city centre and ideal for just one night stay. "

"Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good. A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing."

Location was great, close to centre & docks.The early bag drop was very helpful & no bother to staff, definitely helped to let us get on with our day. Breakfast was good and is open later than other hotels. I will be recommending & booking again for Liverpool stays."

"The hotel its self is very grand and impressive. Parking is limited but there’s another car park literally over the road. Check-in was easy although a little noisy. It’s hard not to be impressed with such an amazing historical building. The room was absolutely massive. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great choice of fresh pastry’s and the hot selection was of really good quality. Would definitely like to rerun again. "
