"Walkable from the train station, about 45 minutes walk from Anfield (we attended a gig). Felt quite safe around the area. Missing obvious places to eat nearby, but we could’ve investigated that more or asked at the reception so that’s not a mark down.

"The hotel looks impressive. Staff were very attentive. The room was nice, spacious and a nice temperature. There were a few crumbs, fluff and a receipt on the floor so could have been cleaner. The biggest disappointment was the lack of biscuits. Perhaps swap the shoe shine kit or shower cap for some biscuits. It's a shame as the coffee facilities were good but only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee pods.
Breakfast there was a good choice and everything was fresh and lovely.

"This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has a great choice and hot food English breakfast is well cooked. It can be busy but a wait for more food or a seat is not too long. The tables were cleaned quickly and the staff working here were all pleasant and helpful. Completely clean top to bottom, towels so soft, linen crisp, a record player and records to play, clean soft carpet, gorgeous features throughout. The customer service was epic as well, couldn’t ask for better. "
"Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!"
