"The room temp was too hot and wouldnt cool down enough. The showers didn't get hot enough. The tv in the bedroom area wasnt working properly. My son cut his toe in the pool area. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The place was relatively clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee ran out and had to ask for more. "

"I would not rate the breakfast menu as good. It was very limited on our last day of the stay We opted to go out for breakfast because the breakfast was so minimal. They had dry cereal as an option, but they didn’t have milk for it. "

"The hotel and it surrounding were great and had alot to offer. Just be prepared to bring towels to the pool. Guests would leave towels all over the floors even though they had many places to dispose of them. The hotel did not keep up with the amount of clean towels needed and this occurred over multiple night's. "

"Everything was good and had a good stay"

"Staff were smoking in the doorway of hotel while door opened. Sign said pool was out for season even tho it was advertised on website as functioning. There was a person asking for a refund in front of us because he said there were bed bugs and the room smelled of weed. The person working at the hotel told the gentleman that marijuana is legal in VA and some rooms allowed smoking. Our room on 4th floor had “no-smoking” signs but entire floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. Dresser was missing drawers, and hair was all over bed sheets (on top and under covers). I am actually surprised this hotel has not been shut down. It is a serious health hazard in my opinion. "
