"My only complaint was that I had to go to the front desk at 12:30 am to secure bedding for the pull out couch . The bedding was not the room."

"A pleasant surprise. A full-service self-catering two-floor suite with full kitchen, king bed and tv room with sofa. And in a unit in a full-service resort. Lots more Than we needed, but we’d definitely return. But we have no need for the vacation club."

"Location was great. Staff were incredible. Furniture is very out of date and very dirty in the room as well as down in the lobby."

"Everything was great except the cupboard to go food. The selection was terrible."

"Good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Good size room for a family of 4. Overall, good stay for the weekend."

"Staff went out of their way to find a room to accommodate our needs. Friendly staff and breakfast attendee were the best!"

"Very nice! Above average free breakfast. Older hotel, but clean and well maintained. Close to CW with a free shuttle or 0.5 mile walk through a nature trail. Quiet."

"Everything was great! Our only complaint is that the indoor pool is NOT heated."

"Only complaint was lack of electrical outlets near the bed. I have medical devices whichnrequire power and unable to use them."

"Staff was great. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms great, but missed some spots in cleaning the bathroom. The Sink stopper broken. Edges around sink were grimy where it met cabinet. My main disappointment was the bed. It was awful. Hardly any padding and was hard. It needs replaced. Overall great, but not being able to sleep well at night was a deal breaker for me. We are Seniors."
