This was a great room! The check in was easy, the staff was excellent, the parking was sufficient and the breakfast was good. I will certainly stay there again. My only complaint (yes, there is always one) is that the toilet paper had only one sheet left on the roll...a fresh roll would have been appropriate in this case.

Room was nice and clean. Bed comfortability was ok. View was of a close by building. Half mile to main attractions/shops/restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room where they have continental breakfast was too small to accommodate many guests at once. Didn't use pool and hot tub so can't comment on that. Overall it was a good stay for one night.

Room was modern/updated and clean, and it was a decent price. Staff were nice. Location is within walking distance of Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Would definitely stay here again as home base for future visits to the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. My only comment is that the mini-fridge in the room didn't have a freezer section, which would be great for refreezing ice packs for an ice chest/cooler. There are ice machines though signs are posted not to use them to fill ice chests.

The rooms are slightly aged and could use a modernization but still are up to date and comfortable. We had a flawless check in and check out. My only complaint is that there was no elevator in the building to get to the second floor with luggage and bad knees. The breakfast was not in a restaurant setting as expected by the advertisement of a hot breakfast. The only thing hot was make it yourself waffles.

The property was very quiet. I felt safe. Only drawback that i could see was that the hot tub quit working the night before we arrived. The beds were nice and firm. The pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Breakfast was excellent! Hotel staff was so helpful, allowing us to check in early at noon although the check in time was 4PM. I highly recommend this hotel.
