"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "

"If it weren’t for the way the host treated me, this would be a 3–4 star review. The host asks for contact via WhatsApp, which I initially thought was for convenience, but clearly it was so he could be rude outside Expedia’s visibility. I first messaged through Expedia and received no response. When I reached out on WhatsApp with a simple question about luggages, his responses were hostile. He made comments like “make your question intelligible first,” even though my message was polite and...

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Verb Hotel. The vibe is upbeat, fun, and effortlessly cool from the moment you check in, you’re treated like a VIP (literally getting your room key on a lanyard like a backstage pass).
The music memorabilia everywhere was such a great touch, and the record player in the room was so much fun. A unique detail that really sets this place apart. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with the record player being an awesome added bonus.
Breakfast was another great surprise with hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, croissants, bagels, waffles, coffee, and orange juice, everything you need to start your day. And I have to say, the staff were some of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen constantly moving, friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help.
Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location can’t be beat. It was a short walk to Fenway, bars, and restaurants. We stayed for the Wasabi Fenway Bowl, and being that close was absolutely perfect.
Fun, clean, convenient, and full of personality, The Verb is a must stay if you’re coming to Boston. We’ll definitely be back."

"The room was excellent!
Staff very friendly, the only thing I didn't like was a room service woman banging on my door about an hour and a half to check out time. Aside that, the Residence Inn by Marriott at Downtown, South End, Boston, is the best hotel experience I have ever had."
