"The rooms were very neat and clean. Being able to"

"Clean, nice staff"

"Well, its a room with a bed. Ac unit is a window type unit, wasnt cleaned. There was a floor fan in the room that was beyond dirty. Wifi was terrible. Wifi issue could be the room location. Had to hotspot from my phone. Sheets were dirty. Was in town for a trade show, asked for a bottom floor was told “there is only one set of stairs” So lugging in heavy cases was an issue every day. Hotwater was nonexsistant. Dont turn on a uv light or you will regret what you see. The property...

"Steak restaurant next door was awesome!"

"Pillows in the room seem to be 20 years old and Flat, sink backs up when someone is in the shower and you try to brush your teeth at the same time, the in room mini fridge cooler knob was removed so you could not turn down the temp to keep drinks cold and the hotel would only give you 1 very small bag of ice a day."

"The room was beautiful w the balcony. Stunning view. Looks like there could be a little more upkeep in certain areas...paint and some other things. Food was actually pretty good. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. Very relaxing and tranquil."

"There was no shampoo, and a light from outside shined in our room all night. It was the first time I paid for cleaning after I had paid for the room"
