This was 1 of 5 hotels we stayed in during our 3-week journey through various European countries. This hotel was by far the best, top notch in every facet! We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, staff, breakfast and location as it is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Wiesbaden Hbf train station. We would definetely consider staying at this hotel again.

Had a conference at the RheinMain Congress Center and was recommended to stay at this hotel. What a great recommendation! Location within walking distance, lovely hotel, great service and room has everything I needed!

Great Value and comfortable

Enjoyed a 3 night stay at Mercure in Wiesbaden for work. Good location, underground parking, fabulous restaurant/bar with nice ambiance. I ended up eating there all 3 nights. I’ll stay here again when in Wiesbaden.

Great location for our visit to the wine fest. Very comfortable. Nice to have an onsite parking garage. Good service at their bar and front desk. We did not do the breakfast. We will return for our next trip.

Check was easy after completing the electronic check-in. Desk staff were pleasant. I would have appreciated the AC operating at a lower temperature. Convenient to dinning and shopping. I loved being within walking distance of the farmer’s market.

They clean the room every two days. The heating was very high without possibility to control the temperature. The location is excellent.

Great hotel small TV

Great stay, location is great and the rooms have space. But they need to upgrade the TV size. 25” TV is not going to cut it. This hotel makes too much money that you need binoculars to watch tv.

Rude untrained staff at front desk. Rèfused to call manager saying there was none. Later admit t1here is a supervisor but seemed rekuctant to call. Refused to explain problem clearly. Edit: I find your attitude offensive. I gave an honest review and you won't publish it. Then so be it. But i probably wont use your services again. Other booking services exist.
