"The Red Coach Inn is located at the perfect spot, especially for those who do not mind walking. All the viewing sites and attractions are in easy walking distance. One can walk to the Canadian side via the Rainbow Bridge in less than 30 minutes. If you get an all day pass on the “WeGo” bus system on the Canada side you can easily visit all the sites on that side. The Inn itself is an older boutique style place, so you won’t get all the glitz of newer places…but it is quiet and away from the rat...

"We enjoyed our stay at The Giacomo. The staff was very welcoming, super friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk and enjoy Niagara Falls easily. The free breakfast was great as well. As for the property, a few updates are needed, ie, microwaves in the rooms, more lighting, and easier access to the viewing room. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again."
"Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water.

"Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6...
