"Basic motel style but no twin rooms, the price at the place was 600baht for a single and 1200 for a double so we asked to change to 2 singles, which caused mayhem and we kept being put on the phone to someone who spoke English but still said we’d have to pay extra, eventually the lady took us to a suitable room but no top sheets and the bedcover was filthy. The shower was great though and bathroom clean, no bedside lights."

"Very lovely hidden gem. About 30 mins from Chiang Rai, but walking distance from Singha Park. The owners are very lovely and showed us around town. Breakfast was included and even prepared it early so we don’t miss an early bus and drove us to the bus station. Would highly recommend this beautiful property. "

"For the budget stay, it is pretty decent. Downside, it is far from everything unless you bring your own transportation. It is also quite noisy with the car passing by, it will get quieter around 1 or 2am."

"Absolutely amazing property and a perfect size for 3 of us (it does fit more). The owner is really lovely and very helpful. Nice relaxing area, brilliant views and sounds of the wildlife. The area would be better with a car but its accessible by grab too which is how we managed it as a family of three :D A microwave in the room would be a really good addition. We were very happy with our stay. We will be back next year. Thank you xx"
