"Rooms are incredibly comfortable with a seating room to relax in."

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"Restaurant is pretty good and overall service is ok."

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"In general the hotel was very clean and warm. Parking places are enough to accommodate all the cars of the guests."

"Great place to stay and convenient to cruise terminal."

"Steakhouse was very disappointing but stay was very pleasant!"

"We ordered food from the bar restaurant, it looked and smelled disgusting, Quite honestly ruined our night, we brought it back to our room and after opening it up left the hotel immediately,, If the food is going to be so bad they just shouldn’t serve any food."

"It’s just ok.nothing special Nothing terrible"

"Clean room"

"Very old school vibe. Everything was clean. Convenient location. Even has retro vending machines."

"Great"

"Hotel was very clean! The breakfast was very good also. Received help with ease from the front office. would stay here again."

The breakfast menu is rather uninspiring, but really, that was the only disappointing part of my stay. Otherwise, it's a great location and reasonably-priced."

"Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head...
