"Really good place to stay , a short walk into town and easily to find parking. The room was nice and clean and had everything you need. Host was really nice and breakfast really good, would definitely stay here again."

"Last minute booking and what a great little find. Room was spacious and beds comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Shower was pretty low pressure but got us all clean and in all we had a great stay. Location is brilliant, 10 mins walk to the beach and 15/20 mins walk into Whitby centre. Only downside is no breakfast available but plenty of places in Whitby for this. "

Super clean and modern room and lovely full English breakfast. Nothing at all to complain about. If you can mange the 199 steps you will be fine here 😁"

"What a lovely little guest house. Very clean and great breakfast 👌 the owners Yvonne and Keith couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. If you want a drink in a different kind of pub, they also run the Quirky Den down Grape Street, really friendly pub and definitely Quirky "

"Very welcoming- a lovely pleasant room. The bed was comfortable. We brought our own double sheet as we knew there would be a winter duvet in a heat wave!! The view from the window over the garden and Bagdale was good. We could have done with more loo roll and there was no coffee machine, but we would definitely stay there again."

"Rachael and Rory were perfect hosts and were always there to assist us. The icing on the cake was a delicious Yorkshire Brack cake waiting for us on our arrival and to top it all Rachael made us a cake half way through our visit. The accommodation was excellent. Car parking right outside the front door."
