2/10 Terrible

"The hotel looked great when we pulled up and parking was easy. However, we were immediately informed that they weren't turning the air conditioning on or the boilers for heating. They offered to bring us a fan but it was LOUD. Literally couldn't hear the tv on and we were expected to sleep with that on. The beds were hard and super uncomfortable. The pool looked somewhat clear but there was a lot of dirt and debris at the bottom of the pool that clearly wasn't going anywhere. They didnt turn on the pumps the entire time we were there. Overall it was not a good stay."

"We got the lake front view room, it was awesome. The view was beautiful. The family loved it, with three bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect for us. Although a bit dated but everything was all in one place. Just what we’re looking for. Would come visit again! We loved the hot tub that was very close by to our room."

"Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Carol, who checked us in, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We asked for a room change to not have a balcony towards the parking lot snd she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was really good."

"I spent 2 nights there with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and it was amazing! We got a beautiful window view, it was peace and quiet, moody morning fog, everything we wanted. I loved that they provided the wood for us and the started, the smores and the hot chocolate, that was a nice touch. I would definetly come back and already told my family and friends about this place. We plan to make a once a year visit to enjoy the nature."

"I liked the Lake front access is very convenient. I felt the breakfast area was not prepared in advance of breakfast time, the coffee maker was so slow it took 10-12 minutes just to make 1/8 of a pot of coffee. Not much of a selection for food to eat readily available for breakfast. It may have just been a very busy time the day before and a staff trainee was on board. I completely understand. The room was great! Built-in gas fireplace very nice and cozy. It would be better if the TV stand mounted to the wall be removed, behind the microwave, being that the new flat screen has been installed on the wall anyway. Great shower too."
