"Great place to stay, beautiful views. Was provided ear plugs, wasn’t sure why, then we found out the next morning. People upstairs walking was loud, so we figured that’s what the ear plugs were for. Other than being woken up at the crack of Dawn we actually really loved this place! Will definitely come back but will get a cabin next time to avoid the loud noises!"

"Overall stay was nice, down side was the room i was in had a really loud A/C system like something rattling inside and the surrounding trim was not flush with the wall, looked broken. It was really hard to fall asleep due to the noise. At checkout i mentioned it and there was no attempt for compensation. Other than that the balcony area of the room was a good spot for morning coffee and fresh air to start the day."

"Really nice facility, large fairly new units, well maintained. Short walk to many restaurants, shops, and a marina where you can rent boats and jet skis. Short walk to Alpine Slide. The Zoo was worth a visit and only a short drive away. This was perfect for my family. I rented three 2BR units, and everyone enjoyed our time there."

"The service staff was super friendly and the stay was nice. Our first night we enjoyed s’mores out on the patio aside the fire pit. However, on our third night before heading home the kids wanted to enjoy s’mores again and we were told by the front desk that only one bag of s’mores per guest however we had 5 guests which only two of us could enjoy the experience. I was extremely disappointed because it was not right that only some of us could enjoy. We also tried to stay an extra night but were told the cost would be for two nights and I couldn’t give anyone not just purchase which sounds ridiculous. Also the hotel charges for parking at an extremely high cost. Where no where else the parking was so expensive."

"Front desk faces Moonridge and is open until 5. Kameron was helpful. Parking spaces are not large, consider driving a medium SUV or a smaller vehicle when you stay here. Slow down; easy to overshoot the two entrances from Moonridge. I stayed in the Crabapple room that faced the main road. While I felt safe, I did not want to open the window due to road noise. No fridge, microwave, or closet in room. Attractive decor throughout; it looks a bit overwhelming on the photos but is quite relaxing. The staff confirmed that the owner has a clear vision of what the decor should be. A couple had a wedding on the Saturday; they and some guests stayed overnight. It was good to see some of the wedding party at breakfast! The Inn could adjust the security light to not switch on whenever someone drives down Moonridge. The road is busy, so the security light stays on until after midnight and then goes on and off."
