"The room itself was nice and clean however there were ants all in the bathroom. The spa pool was lovely in big however it didn’t work when trying to turn it on. The staff were nice and friendly and very welcoming. Had a great touch with the coffee machine within the room itself."

"Good stay overall, mini golf, ping pong and tennis. Room was tidy, just one issue with microwave starting, was bit old. Pool was heated, not hot, expected a bit higher for rotorua, recomend a few more degrees to make comfortable on the cold days but fine for exercise."

"This place was ok for us to stay for a couple of nights. The bed and towels were clean and comfortable but the place was rundown and old. The carpet in the room was stained and not fresh looking. The kitchen was ok for our needs and it was in a convenient location for where we wanted to visit but it was far from the centre of town and it is not near any cafes or restaurants (30 min walk to centre of town). The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional and helped us with whatever...

"Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it. Cheap but dated. Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that. Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs. Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. "
