"Comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Some rooms with view of Pohutu geyser. Heated swimming pool and spas with extra towels available. Breakfast has a wide variety of food and constantly restocked. Bed doesn't have a side table on one side or powerpoint. Shower is over the bath. Nice toiletries. "

"Staff were friendly. Bar choice was good. Breakfast was stale and fruit was still frozen. Bathroom tap kept falling off but nobody came to fix it. Carpets needed a good clean. The hotel really needs an overhaul and some TLC. Very disappointing. "

"The room itself was nice and clean however there were ants all in the bathroom. The spa pool was lovely in big however it didn’t work when trying to turn it on. The staff were nice and friendly and very welcoming. Had a great touch with the coffee machine within the room itself."

"This place was ok for us to stay for a couple of nights. The bed and towels were clean and comfortable but the place was rundown and old. The carpet in the room was stained and not fresh looking. The kitchen was ok for our needs and it was in a convenient location for where we wanted to visit but it was far from the centre of town and it is not near any cafes or restaurants (30 min walk to centre of town). The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional and helped us with whatever questions and needs we had. Check-in and check-out were easy. "
