To clarify your other complaint. We were aware early on the day of your arrival that we would have no one available that day for person to person checkins between 5.30 & 6.30pm. As a result at 9am that morning I sent a SMS Text to the contact number provided by you when booking. I also sent you an email at 9am. By 12 noon when no reply was received to both efforts I tried ringing the phone number provided. Again I was unable to make contact. Automated checkins normally only happen in Boffin Lodge after 9pm at night. I hope your realise that I genuinely made ever effort to contact you on your day of arrival to ensure this would not happen.
