My card was overcharged at the front desk compared to the amount I was expecting as per expedia. When I advised the front desk they were was not particularly understanding or even believing. I had to show my expedia booking on my phone to be believed: the desk person mentioned there was a disconnect between expedia and the hotel systems, whatever that means. "Rather disappointing as we are regular users of this hotel. The grouting in the bathroom particularly armour the shower controls was very black mouldy and needed urgent attention, this was not the standard we have seen in the past."

"Struttura moderna, pulita e facilmente raggiungibile da strade di grande comunicazione. Personale molto cortese. Peccato per la colazione alla quale mancava incredibilmente il latte. Il solo latte disponibile era di soia e di avena che a me non piacciono. Il latte tradizionale mancava perché il fornitore non lo aveva consegnato all'hotel (pazzesco). Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay."

"All excellent as expected. Wonderful staff, excellent food you were really treated like an important diner. Room was great (shower a little small) huge bath though. You must book if you want parking. Pity cars and vans park outside spoils sea view from patio and restaurant."
