"For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food sub par. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels recently which this one does not even compare. The hotel needs to be renovated & i would only give it 3 stad at best."

"The studio room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The street was quiet at night. We could park right outside the room. It was a good location for getting to an event at Eden Park as it was an easy walk to Newmarket train station. Easy to check in and check out."

"The staff was lovely. The building/ room is run down. The shower was poor with mold on the shelf, and the shower literally sounded like it was going to explode. The grouting was very poor in the bathroom look very unhygienic. The tap, in the bathroom was very hard to turn on. Okay for one night stay, but no we would not go back."
