"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay
Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay.
Our room was wonderful, with a very large bathroom that felt very spacious. One of the highlights was having our own deck overlooking one of the active geysers at a distance.

"Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it.
Cheap but dated.
Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that.
Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs.
Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook.

"Dirty and gross. We paid to upgrade to a more updated room with view of geysers and it was better than original room but the bathroom was completely disgusting. I cannot imagine when it was last serviced but it was appalling. Staff were nice but otherwise SKIP this motel. We could not leave fast enough. "

"Hallway light shines through sides of main door, tv was crap not even Freeview worked properly all channels and bathroom rotten scotia boards etc, and one morning heard room next door alarm going off. The money paid was disappointing"

"This place was ok for us to stay for a couple of nights. The bed and towels were clean and comfortable but the place was rundown and old. The carpet in the room was stained and not fresh looking.
