"Verouderd hotel"

"The Mariënhage Boutique Hotel was everything I had hoped for—stylish, full of charm, and rich in history. Our room was beautiful, with thoughtful extras like high ceilings and lovely views of the church. The entire hotel is filled with unique relics, and the stained glass windows throughout the building are truly stunning. The location was ideal, making it easy to walk to a wide range of bars and restaurants."

"We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. Lift was aanwezig. We zaten op de 2e etage kamer 8. Dit was niet prettig. We hadden een schuin dak wat ver boven het bed uitkwam waardoor naast je bed staan niet mogelijk was. Je moest via het voeteneind je bed in kruipen. Tot 2x het hoofd gestoten. Ook het badkamer gedeelte was niet fijn. Dit was gewoon een wandje zonder plafond. Niet prettig als jenaar de wc moest. Ontbijt was wel goed. Al was het op moederdag vreselijk druk waardoor lekker aan je tafeltje zitten...

"The reception staff was terrible, I parked in the underground carpark and all the reception staff cared about was the 12euro payment. after paying i didn't get a recpite as I personally had no VAT number. When i asked where my room was the answer i got was "round there""

"Das Frühstück war toll, wir waren super zufrieden mit allem. Das Bett war besonders bequem. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B. I got an apartment attached to the main body of the B&B, with a private garden and cozy interiors. I liked the tiles in the bathroom very much. The kind host was really helpful addressing a couple of minor issues and made me feel at home. The only downside is that it is located outside of the city center and you would need a Uber/Taxi to go to restaurants or reach to the train station. Highly recommended for business trips."

"Per se non direbbe un hotel 4stelle 2stelle il servizio lascia a desiderare camera sporca,polvere da per tutto, bagno da schifo peccato che non posso giungere le foto che ho fatto. La mattina non sono nemmeno passati per pulire mettere la carta igienica,il sapone, questo hotel non conosce che cosa è l’igiene. Al mio rientro in camera nel pomeriggio notando che non erano passati per i servizi mi sono recato alla reception per informarli e con in piccolo sorriso mi hanno detto che la colpa era mia...

" No elevators to third floor. Clean facilities. Remote location was ok for us, but may not be for everyone; no dining available locally outside of hotel."

"Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima."

"We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!"

"mooi landgoed, restaurant goed, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, ook nav wat klachten betreft de netheid van de kamer wordt er naar een oplossing gezocht. We komen graag terug. "

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. Check out receptionist this morning was lovely. "

"The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!"
